One hour-ish of fitness, friendship, individualized attention, great music, and a workout designed for your midlife body. We've been through alot - there are years on these bodies, maybe injuries or joint issues, and many of us have been walking or biking but not necessarily also staying strong and flexible. I'll guide you through a fun and practical class that will have you feeling confident, strong, and ready to take on anything you want in your life!

We will meet in Douglasdale at the Community Garden for a 9.30 am start on Saturday mornings and a 5.30 pm start on Wednesday evenings ​- weather permitting. Details will follow after you've shared your email with me in the form below if you've not joined before.
